FSGS Membership Application

You may fill in your information on this page, print it and mail it with your application fees.

Membership is open to Individuals, Families, Institutions, Libraries and Societies. The membership year is from January 1st through December 31st. If renewal dues are not received by February 15th, the member shall be removed from the membership rolls.

Genealogical Societies of Florida receive honorary memberships.

Fees

  Individual Memberships $25.00

  Family memberships are $35.00 each. For family memberships, only one Journal and one Newsletter will be sent to the address – separate printed publications are not sent to additional family members.

  Libraries and other similar institutions pay the Individual rate of $25.00
